CallTek Offers Hosted Provisioning for Cable Operators

CallTek has announced it will provide a broadband provisioning and monitoring system for mid-tier cable operators. The company has chosen Promptlink broadband software solutions to power this new hosted solution.

CallTek says recent industry consolidations in the Hosted Solution category have created customer fallout and a need for alternative offerings.

The companies say their partnership will allow cable operators to look to a single source for seamless turnkey provisioning, monitoring, technical support, and customer service. This allows the PCOs and SSOs to focus on expanding their business, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
