T-Home Deploys Convergys’ Infinys Billing

German fixed line and broadband operator T-Home has gone live with the implementation of the Convergys Infinys billing system.

In collaboration with ActiveBilling GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, the companies completed the first phase of a project that ultimately will replace T-Home’s current billing system. The second phase will see all the T-Home wireline customers migrated to the system with the benefit of enhanced functionality.

T-Home currently provides services to some 30 million fixed line customers and 13 million broadband subscribers.

Riki Allon, senior vice president and general manager for Convergys in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said, “We are delighted with the trust and confidence shown by the T-Home business in Convergys solutions which will bring together all the critical business requirements as we move into Phase Two.”
