Convergys, DirecTV Extend Relationship Management Contract

Convergys Corp. will deliver relationship management services to DirecTV and enhance those services for the satellite provider’s 18 million customers under a new, two-year contract.

Providing customer service support for DIRECTV since it launched in 1994, Convergys says its solutions continue to drive improved customer satisfaction and loyalty through live-agent inbound consumer support programs that meet a wide variety of service needs, ranging from information and services changes to billing and account inquiries and setup.
