CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (CTIG), an international provider of electronic invoice processing and management (EIM), enterprise communications management software and services solutions, and VoIP management applications, has announced a partnership with hosted VoIP provider Alteva to provide hosted call recording on Alteva’s hosted VoIP platform. After lab testing and verification, CTI Group’s hosted call recording was found to best meet the needs of Alteva and its small business and enterprise customers.

Alteva offers IP telephony service using BroadSoft’s BroadWorks switching platform. Since SmartRecord IP has already integrated with the BroadWorks platform, the ease of integration with Alteva was simple, the companies said.

CTI Group’s VoIP call recording solution, SmartRecord IP, eliminates the need for premise-based recording equipment and packet-sniffing technologies.
