Looking Forward to Management World

I am really looking forward to the TM Forum’s Management World conference in Nice next week. I will have the pleasure of both speaking and chairing a session this year on “Success Business Transformation.”

In particular, I will be interested to report on new offers that can help service providers to affirm their place in the value chain by exposing their network and value-added services to consumers, content providers, and internet companies. Realizing their full potential in the 2.0 ecosystem will require a new view of B/OSS: from back office “support” systems and cost centers, to more of a profit center that serves as a primary interface for assembling and delivering offers to the communications marketplace. I hope to see you there.
