After one of the most aggressive campaigns by members of the BSS/OSS community to vie for a B/OSS Live! Excellence Award, the winners took their bows during a ceremony at Washington, D.C.’s Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center on June 15.

B/OSS has shifted the last two years to a new format that rewards real-world implementations rather than simply technology. The ability to solve problems, reduce costs, generate revenue and improve the customer experience is the true measure of excellence. Participants feel the same and the quality and quantity of awards submissions proves it.
