Greeting a crowd that would make most software conference holders jealous, Pegasystems held its annual user group meeting, PegaWORLD, in sweltering Dallas this week. More than 2,000 people from the communications, financial services, health care, insurance and other vertical markets attended. The conference focused on driving customer centricity and featured speakers from American Express, Vodafone, Comcast, Bain & Company and PNC Financial Services.
