For the 10th year, marketing information services firm J.D. Power and Associates has released its study of mobile operators' network quality performance and customer satisfaction in the United States. The Big Four – Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint Nextel and T-Mobile – dominate the list, and for a couple of them, not in good ways.

Of course, for one carrier, the results of the J.D. Power findings were all positive, in each of the regions studied.
