PTT TELECOM NETHERLANDS TO INTRODUCE PER SECOND BILLING

PTT Telecom Netherlands will introduce per second billing in early 1997 for national and international calls made on ordinary telephone lines. Calls will be billed with an answering charge and price per second depending upon distance and time of day. PTT already uses per second billing for ISDN and mobile calls.
