CBIS APPOINTS NEW CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

In January, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems (CBIS) announced the appointment of Michael J. Randall as chief technical officer. Randall previously served as vice president-corporate operations systems at Compaq Computer Corp. and vice president-information systems at Marion Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals. Randall will be responsible for systems and systems architecture implementation in CBIS's primary markets.
