INTASYS, LATITUDE GROUP FORM ALLIANCE

Custom communications management software developers Intasys Corp. and The Latitude Group have formed an alliance under which Latitude will customize Intasys' proprietary wireless communications, billing, management and customer care software to make it fully compatible with new U.S. PCS operators' requirements. Additionally, the two companies have signed a four year licensing agreement that will allow Latitude to provide new PCS operators with an entry facility for billing and customer management using Intasys' technology.
