OPTUS TO OFFER COMBINED LONG DISTANCE, MOBILE BILL

Optus has introduced a plan to offer a single bill for most telephony services to select residential and business customers. The single bill service, called Optus Account One, will combine Optus long distance and most mobile plans on one phone bill, plus Optus Vision local calls. Optus used the Kenan Arbour/BP billing, customer care and customer analysis software to change to a single billing system.
