BELL ATLANTIC, EDS, IBS DEVELOP BILLING APPLICATION

Bell Atlantic Network Services Inc. has a new billing application designed to produce consolidated statements for various Bell Atlantic subsidiaries. The new application was developed through contracts with EDS and International Billing Services (IBS). The application was built using components of EDS' Empower/Vision billing platform and statement processing software written by IBS.
