AMS LAUNCHES NEW BILLING SYSTEM
American Management Systems (AMS) launched Tapestry, its next-generation customer care and billing platform, using object-oriented, client/server technology to support the converging communications market. Tapestry's components are designed as an integrated system to be used across all business functions or individually as part of a custom system with existing or third party software. AMS first installation is Mannesmann Arcor, a German private fixed-wire network operator.
