CSG PROVISIONS PRIME CABLE

CSG Systems Inc. has signed an eight-year exclusive contract with Prime Cable of Las Vegas to provide its customer care and billing products including Communications Control System, CSG Advanced Customer Service Representative, CSG.Web and several financial services products. During the term of the agreement, CSG will serve approximately 350,000 video and high speed data customers. Prime Cable will convert from another customer care and billing provider's system onto CSG's system in the next six to ten months.
