AMDOCS AND ONE 2 ONE PARTNER

One 2 One and Amdocs jointly announced an agreement for Amdocs to provide its Unix-based customer care and billing system to One 2 One. Amdocs' system is designed to integrate customer data, and help carriers to provide a single point of contact for interactions with customers. In other news, Amdocs announced the opening of a customer support center in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The center intends to facilitate operations for its Brazilian customers, which include BellSouth/Safra-owned BCP Cellular in Sao Paulo.
