AMERITECH CONTRACTS IBS

International Billing Services (IBS) has signed a two-part contract with Ameritech Communications Inc. (ACI), the long distance subsidiary of Ameritech. The first part is a multi-year professional services agreement, under which IBS will build and enhance statement-formatting software for ACI's new customer statements. The second part is a multi-year statement processing agreement, under which IBS will provide detailed account information to high-volume customers of ACI's long distance service.
