CONVERGYS SIGNS WITH GLENAYRE

The Integrated Network Group of Glenayre Technologies Inc. has signed a multi-year agreement to provide the Glenayre openMEDIA prepaid card and wireless product to Convergys Information Management Group. Convergys will market openMEDIA as part of its billing and customer management portfolio. The Glenayre products are designed to allow Convergys to offer prepaid services to carriers. In other news, Convergys has received ITAA 2000 certification. The ITAA (The Information Technology Association of America) program examines processes and methods used by companies to perform their Year 2000 software conversions.
