Rogers Cantel Inc. announced that Amdocs will implement a new converged customer care and billing system. The new system is based on Amdocs' Ensemble and will be customized to address Rogers Cantel's needs. Amdocs will also provide implementation and support services. Rogers Cantel has 1.8 million wireless subscribers in Canada.
