CBSI TO OFFER 4 MILLION SHARES

Complete Business Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: CBSI), a worldwide information technology consultant and service provider, has filed an S-3 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer up to 4 million shares of common stock. An underwriters' syndicate managed by Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, Credit Suisse First Boston Corp., Legg Mason Wood Walker and Warburg Dillon Reed will offer the shares. CBSI offers applications development and maintenance, re-engineering of legacy applications and contract programming services.
