SAUDI ISP HIRES TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS INC.

Electronic Concepts, a new Internet service provider in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has hired St. Louis-based Technology Applications Inc., for its billing and customer care services. Electronic Concepts will be one of the first ISPs operating in the newly opened Saudi Internet market. Technology Application’s Customer Information Management system will help the ISP bill for unlimited Internet access or usage-based billing. Under the agreement, the system will track, rate and bill Internet usage and will provide prepaid dial-up service on Silicon Graphics Inc. servers running Unix.
