CCMI AND INFO DIRECTIONS IN MARKETING AGREEMENT

Info Directions Inc. and the Center for Communications Management Inc. will co-market CCMI’s QTEL 9000 databases in the CostGuard billing, rating and customer care system. The package will be marketed to telecom resellers and emerging carriers, officials from the two companies said. CostGuard is built on a nonproprietary open systems platform for a Windows NT environment.
