EFTIA SIGNS NEW CUSTOMERS

Eftia OSS Solutions Inc., which develops telecom service management and delivery products, recently signed on several new customers. Bell Nexxia will implement Eftia’s Master.Scribe software for order management and service level needs. Bell Nexxia provides corporate customers and service providers with next-generation services over its new national IP-broadband network, comprising more than 100 POPs throughout Canada and key cities in the United States. PacWest, a California CLEC, will use Eftia’s service order and number administration modules, which interface to the Daleen Technologies Inc. billing system. Eftia’s inventory and maintenance modules will be added in a later phase. Gabriel Communications, a CLEC based in Chesterfield, Mo., will use Eftia’s complete suite of Master.Scribe software to support its order management requirements. NewSouth Communications Corp., a CLEC in the Southeast, will use the OSS software to manage and track circuit and asset inventories, trouble tickets and other functions.
