Telcordia, formerly Bellcore, and GE Information Services have signed Sprint as the first retail customer for their Exchange Link service with its trading partners Ameritech and BellSouth. This national interconnection service is designed to automatically validate complex business rules associated with interconnection to reduce operating expenses by enhancing flow-through to ILECs.
