Melita International, a provider of interactive customer contact management systems, partnered with Siebel Systems Inc., a supplier of Web-based, front-office software systems. Melita will integrate its suite of systems with Siebel front-office applications, which include Call Center and Service. Call Center integrates Siebel’s Sales Enterprise and Service Enterprise into a single system, designed to offer on-demand sales or service assistance to customers. The partnership hopes to deliver compatible architectures, enterprise scope and technology in a combined system, company officials said.
