PWC, CLARIFY TEAM

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC), a customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm, and Clarify Inc., a developer of front-office software, will combine to offer companies a single system for deployment of Web-based customer loyalty systems for the Internet. The partnership will help companies decrease time to market, improve return on investment and capture new levels of customer loyalty, company officials said. PWC will provide real-world implementation feedback to assist Clarify’s product planning, development and testing organizations. PWC will also create targeted industry systems using Clarify’s eFrontOffice. That product is designed to combine CRM, Internet relationship management and e-business capabilities in a single system, allowing companies to quickly deploy e-business sales and service initiatives.
