CENTRAL HUDSON SIGNS WITH BILLSERV.COM

Billserv.com Inc., an EBPP service bureau, has signed with Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. to develop an EBPP system for the New York state utility provider. The new system will be designed to create new options for customers wanting to pay their bills at Web sites that use bill payment aggregators such as CheckFree, TransPoint and Banc of America. Central Hudson has more than 623,000 subscribers in an eight-county area in New York.
