CINCINNATI BELL WIRELESS RENEWS WITH CONVERGYS

Convergys will continue to provide outsourced customer care and billing for Cincinnati Bell Wireless (CBW) under a seven-year contract. Convergys will also provide services such as customer acquisition, provisioning, bill preparation, ad hoc reporting and professional services. CBW is a subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell Inc. and provides digital wireless services to business and residential customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
