CSG, MILLENNIUM PARTNER

CSG Systems Inc. recently signed a six-year contract with Millennium Digital Media Systems LLC, a residential broadband service provider, to provide Millennium with customer care and billing services for video and high-speed data offerings. Under the agreement, CSG will install its GUI-based Advanced Customer Service Representative and CSG Vantage products in selected Millennium cable systems by the end of November. Vantage is a database designed to help customers evaluate product and service performance, conduct customer analysis to transform raw data into real-time reports and graphs. CSG will serve a monthly minimum of 140,000 subscribers.
