TELECOM TECHNOLOGIES ACQUIRES SEQUEL

Telecom Technologies Inc., a developer of telecommunications software products and services, has acquired Sequel Systems Inc., a developer of data migration and system implementation services. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Telecom Technologies and Sequel plan to offer next-generation OSS for convergent networks.
