Information Services International-Dentsu Ltd. (ISID) will deploy Sagent Technology Inc.’s customer relationship management outsourcing system. ISID, a Japanese application service provider, will use the system to offer customers Web-enabled functionality for managing and analyzing customer data. Sagent’s system is a software tool designed to replace multiple point tools for data movement and reporting by providing a platform for Internet analytic applications for customer relationship management. The system can track, analyze and deliver data via the Web, including customer demographics, contact information, purchase history, service delivery and inquiries.
