CE 2.0 is designed to efficiently bundle local, long-distance, Internet, data, cable, and enhanced services onto a single bill.
Telution's Call Center Desktop module is designed to give CSR's a complete view of customer contacts, product selection and billing information. The Executive Portal adds decision support features to analyze the customer relationship and tune a company's offerings to target specific customer segments.
