TelePacific Communications, an integrated communications provider, will use Lucent’s Kenan Systems Arbor/BP billing system and the Arbor/OM order management product to streamline customer service by growing its back-office infrastructure, TelePacific officials said.
The systems are designed to offer TelePacific a broad range of functionality through a single convergent bill, including customer account inquiry, bill calculation and production, accounts receivable and remittance processing, order entry, service provisioning, collections and journals.
