ACCESS ONE GETS CABS SYSTEM

Access One Communications will license CHA System’s strategic carrier access billing application. The system is designed help LECs and CLECs track, accumulate and bill long-distance carriers for use of their facilities. Access One will use the software in-house to bill for the CABS records the company receives from BellSouth, for which it acts as a reseller.
