Sigma Systems Group recently invested in Arkipelago Group, a network planning, design and inventory management software developer.
Under the deal, telcos, as well as cable and Internet service providers, will have access to both the full suite of Arkipelago’s network planning, design and inventory management products and Sigma’s billing and OSS systems.
