TELE DANMARK CHOOSES AMDOCS

Amdocs will customize Ensemble, its customer care, billing, and ordering system, for use by the Danish telco, Tele Danmark. The system will handle voice, data, and IP services for both wireless and wireline communications, and will integrate with Tele Danmark’s national operations, which includes 3.2 million wireline subscribers, 1.3 million cellular subscribers and 500,000 Internet subscribers.
