Time Warner chooses Info Directions

Time Warner Communications has completed implementation of Info Directions Inc.’s OnlineRep. The system, an integrated component of CostGuard, Info Directions' rating, billing and customer care system, will perform customer care from international locations. Often employed to tie global agents to a central system of customer accounts, OnlineRep will serve to bridge the Time Warner divisions for rating and billing of residential telephony.
