CYGENT: CHANNEL PARTNER PORTAL

Cygent Inc. launched its Channel Partner Portal, designed to let wholesale providers rapidly deploy Web-based partner care and manage resellers. Portal functionalities include Search, which allows quick access to partner, quote, order and trouble information. The system reports financial management of products, promotions, subscriber demographics and territories. The software also lets service providers target promotions, track service outages and assign new locations to the appropriate partners. The software also lets the provider establish and reconfigure authority and responsibility for each user in the hierarchy. Cygent also released LaunchPad for DSLAdvantage, a software and services bundle designed to let resellers rapidly order DSL online.
