Daleen Technologies Inc. and Computer Generation Inc. plan to deliver an integrated customer management and billing system for the IP voice and data market. The companies plan to let service providers identify the kinds of multimedia applications their clients are using and offer billing across the circuit-switched and IP networks at different rates.
