LUCENT LAUNCHES 'INTERPRENET'

Lucent Technologies recently released the Kenan Internet Suite, designed to give ISPs and other network operators a single, unified set of network management, billing, customer care and analysis tools. The system is designed to let service providers streamline business processes, including customer care, order management, IP usage and mediation, billing and customer analysis. The suite's new Interprenet product collects, processes and stores highly detailed network and customer usage information using advanced Bell Labs algorithms.
