TELUTION: EXECUTIVE PORTAL

Telution LLC released Executive Portal, a decision-support tool that gives executives insight into large repositories of customer and business data. Combined with Telution’s suite of operations support applications for integrated communications providers, the portal is designed to let management personnel analyze data and statistics that determine strategic decisions. The system uses data gathered by Communication Exchange, an integrated OSS application suite encompassing customer care, order management and billing systems. The unified data model of the single system lets the portal extract and query data on facets of customer activity and general business activity.
