COMMTECH, DALEEN TEAM

CommTech Corp. and Daleen Technologies plan to provide end-to-end service management systems for integrated communications providers, DLECs and cable markets. The companies plan to participate in joint marketing activities and integrate CommTech’s FastFlow Suite with Daleen’s software products, including BillPlex for customer management and billing, eCare for Internet self-care and SwitchFlow for service activation. The suite is designed to provide flow-through provisioning for customer information, order processing, inventory, trouble resolution, service provisioning, billing and workflow processes.

Cbeyond Communications, a broadband ASP, will use BillPlex and eCare software packages to provide billing and Web-enabled self-care. Telicor Inc., a national ASP, will deploy BillPlex ICP software during its national market expansion.
