Oklahoma-based Pioneer Telephone Cooperative Inc. and South Carolina-based Farmers Telephone Cooperative will use Derivion’s inetBiller service. InetBiller provides e-billing implementation, including electronic bill design, e-mail notification, bill presentment, payment processing, enrollment marketing, and customer care for business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors. Derivion plans to change Pioneer’s paper bill system to electronic format for viewing online.
InetBiller will let Farmers Telephone customers view, pay and manage their accounts online. Horry Telephone Cooperative will also use inetBiller to deliver Internet bill presentment and payment services to 90,000 residential and business customers in South Carolina.
