METASOLV, CYGENT PARTNER

MetaSolv Software Inc. plans to incorporate Cygent e-business systems within the Telecom Business Solution software suite. MetaSolv, by incorporating Cygent’s system, wants to let communications service providers offer business via the Web. Service providers will also be able to brand their own Web site to offer one-to-one marketing, online shopping and ordering, EBPP and customer self-care. It is designed to let providers prequalify and order DSL services online.
