DALEEN, DMR DO E-BUSINESS

Daleen Technologies Inc. and DMR Consulting plan to deliver e-business systems for Internet-enabled customer management, billing and OSS, data communications and ASPs. DMR joined Daleen’s Business Alliance Partner Program as a systems integrator and will provide worldwide sales, marketing, development and project implementation for BillPlex and eCare.

Also, Daleen and Vroom Technologies Inc., a provider of sales and marketing systems, have partnered to deliver integrated Web-enabled customer management, billing, sales effectiveness and commissioning systems for voice and data communications service providers. The integration of Daleen BillPlex Plus 4.0 with Vroom EFX software systems is designed to let telcos create new revenue-generation opportunities and improve customer loyalty. The combined system will provide automated flow-through and enhanced data integrity from the beginning of the sales process through order management and billing.

Daleen and Telcordia Technologies Inc. have also agreed to integrate customer management and billing systems with OSS. The companies will deliver e-business systems to existing and emerging service providers, globally and domestically. Telcordia, a certified Daleen Business Alliance Partner, will provide installation and integration services and will handle data migration, conversion and testing, as well as handle sales and marketing services for Daleen’s e-business software systems. DV2, which delivers LiquidBandwidth technology, also will deploy Daleen’s BillPlex and eCare software for Internet-enabled customer relationship management, customer self-care and billing.
