INFRANET PART OF 15 ALLIANCES

Portal Software Inc.’s Infranet customer management and billing platform has been incorporated into 20 software suites used by 15 alliance partners. The companies might use Infranet for Web hosting, cable, digital content, DSL, e-commerce, fixed wireless, integrated communications and wireless Internet. In related news, NetworkOSS, which offers integrated OSS, will sell the Infranet customer management and billing software platform as part of its own business application suite, BusinessNow. NetworkOSS will also use the system for provisioning and rating its own IP products and services.
