AuraServ Communications—whose system combines telephony with Windows-based desktop software, local and long-distance voice services, voicemail and other call handling features—will use Portal’s Infranet software to manage its customer and account information. Infranet will support the telco’s core account management and billing functions, which feed AuraServ’s Web-based customer management portal.
Pagoo, a provider of IP-based voice systems, will also use Infranet as its customer management and billing platform. Infranet is designed to let Pagoo create multiple pricing plans, cross-promotions and branded services to deliver a VoIP service to customers including ISPs, DLECs and broadband service providers.
