Cerillion Launches TAP 3

Cerillion Technologies, a convergent customer care and billing company, recently released a TAP 3 roaming module for GSM operators. TAP 3 is designed to let operators using the TAP 1 or TAP 2 standard interchange records with other operators using the new standard. The module is designed to let operators avoid translation fees normally charged by roaming clearinghouses.
