ADC Upgrades Singl.eView

Broadband service provider ADC recently unveiled a new range of IP and self care capabilities for Singl.eView, its real-time convergent billing and integrated customer management system. The enhanced system uses one platform to support data and switched voice services, provides advanced Web self-care capabilities and has added quality of service metrics into IP-based product offerings.
