Agilent to Acquire OSI for $665 Million

Agilent Technologies plans to buy Objective Systems Integrators (OSI) for $665 million, based on OSI’s outstanding shares. The OSS software provider will become a new division of Agilent’s Communications Solutions Group. The move is designed to integrate OSI’s platform and applications with Agilent’s acceSS7, accessFiber and Firehunter systems.
